Effective September 1, 2026. This site is operated by APEX Biolabs (“APEX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, legally able to enter a contract, and purchasing solely for a lawful research purpose. We may refuse or cancel an order, limit quantities, request additional information, or restrict sales where we believe an order presents a legal, safety, fraud, sanctions, or misuse risk. Product availability and prices may change before an order is accepted. An order is not accepted until payment is confirmed and APEX sends or provides acceptance or fulfillment confirmation.

All materials are offered exclusively for legitimate laboratory, analytical, or in-vitro research. Products are not for human or veterinary administration, ingestion, injection, implantation, inhalation, topical application, personal experimentation, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, disease prevention, food use, cosmetic use, household use, or compounding. You may not resell or transfer a product for any prohibited use. By ordering, you represent that you understand the material’s hazards, have suitable facilities and training, and will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, institutional rules, and safety procedures.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products have not been reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. APEX does not represent that any product is a drug, biologic, dietary supplement, food, cosmetic, medical device, sterile preparation, clinical-grade material, or compounded preparation. Nothing on this site is medical or veterinary advice, dosing guidance, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a claim that a product is safe or effective for any human or animal use. Consult an appropriately licensed professional for medical or veterinary questions; do not rely on this site.

Images are illustrative and labels state nominal identity and quantity only. Unless supported by specific documentation supplied for the applicable lot, do not assume a particular purity, sterility, concentration, stability, storage life, or analytical result. Researchers are responsible for independent identity and suitability assessment, appropriate protective equipment, secure storage, lawful disposal, and preventing access by children, patients, consumers, and animals.

We accept orders for delivery only within the United States. Unless a different shipment estimate is disclosed before payment, we intend to ship within 30 days after payment is confirmed. If we cannot ship within the promised or legally permitted time, we may request consent to a delay or provide a cancellation and refund as required by law. Delivery dates are estimates after transfer to the carrier. The purchaser is responsible for entering an accurate, lawful delivery address and promptly reporting carrier loss or visible transit damage.

Venmo is a third-party payment service and is not affiliated with or responsible for APEX products. Pay only through an authorized Venmo business profile or identify the payment as a purchase of goods and services; do not send a personal, friends-and-family, gift, or otherwise unprotected payment. Include the APEX order number in the payment note. Venmo may charge fees, review or reject transactions, restrict product categories, or provide purchase-protection rights under its own current terms.

Request cancellation before payment is confirmed or fulfillment begins. Because research materials require controlled handling and chain-of-custody protection, sales are final after shipment except when an item arrives damaged, is materially different from the item ordered, or applicable law requires another remedy. Contact sales@apexbiolabs.net within seven days after delivery with the order number and supporting photographs. Do not return any material without written authorization. Approved remedies may include replacement, store credit, or refund to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, products and site content are provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or suitability for any experiment. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so these terms apply only to the extent legally permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

A valid referral code provides the purchaser 10% off the eligible product subtotal. The person associated with that code may receive a commission from APEX after the order is paid. A referral therefore reflects a financial relationship and should not be interpreted as independent scientific, medical, safety, or product advice. Referrers must clearly disclose this material connection whenever promoting APEX or sharing a code.

Effective September 1, 2026. We collect information you provide, including your name, email, phone number, U.S. shipping address, order notes, products ordered, referral code, and order and payment status. We also use browser storage to maintain your cart and administrative session state. We use this information to process and fulfill orders, communicate with you, prevent fraud and misuse, administer referrals, maintain records, secure the service, and comply with law. Payment is completed through Venmo; APEX does not collect your bank-account or payment-card credentials through this site. Venmo processes information under its own privacy terms.

We may disclose information to hosting, database, communications, fulfillment, professional-adviser, fraud-prevention, and other service providers that support our operations; to government authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; or as part of a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of the business. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including order administration, tax, accounting, dispute, safety, and legal obligations.

Online tracking. This site does not currently use third-party advertising trackers or track visitors across unrelated websites, and we therefore do not alter our practices in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Hosting and third-party services may collect technical information under their own privacy practices when you use their services or follow an external link.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information. Submit a request to sales@apexbiolabs.net. We may verify your identity before completing a request. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. No security method is perfect; we use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this notice will be posted here with a new effective date.

Site content is general commercial and research-product information, not legal, regulatory, scientific, medical, or safety advice. Links to Instagram, Discord, Venmo, or other third-party services are provided for convenience; those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for reviewing them before use. If a provision of these policies conflicts with applicable law, the law controls and the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.
